摘 要:采用盐助溶液燃烧法制备了平均粒径为10 nm、分散性良好的钙钛矿型纳米NdCoO3。用DSC考察了不同质量分数的纳米NdCoO3对AP和双基粘接剂热分解的影响,研究了纳米NdCoO3对小球粘接高燃速推进剂燃烧的催化作用。结果表明,随纳米NdCoO3催化剂质量分数的增加,催化效率先增大后减小,在质量分数为3%时催化效率最佳,此时AP高温分解峰温大幅降低,双基粘接剂的分解峰温也得到降低,二者的表观分解热增大。同时,对应的小球粘接高燃速推进剂燃速较高,压强指数较低。The highly dispersed perovskite NdCoO3 nanopowder with average particle size of about 10 nm was prepared by a salt-assisted solution combustion process. The effects of NdCoO3 nanopowder with different mass fraction on the thermal decomposition of AP and double base binder were analyzed by means of DSC, and the catalysis of NdCoO3 nanopowder on the combustion of ball bonding high-burning rate propellant was investigated. The results show that the catalytic efficiency firstly increases, then decreases with the increase of mass fraction of NdCoO3 nanopowder, finally reaches the maximum when mass fraction is up to 3%. At the same time, the decomposition peak temperature of AP is greatly reduced, and the decomposition peak temperature of double base binder can also be decreased, but their apparent decomposition heat is increased; burning rate of corresponding ball bonding high-burning rate propellant is up to the maximum, while pressure exponent reaches the minimum.
