摘 要:探讨了酚醛树脂的溶剂——甲醇和丙酮对酚醛树脂残炭率、热解过程及成炭性能的影响。结果表明,以甲醇为溶剂时,酚醛树脂残炭率比以丙酮为溶剂的树脂高5%以上,并且树脂的起始热解温度、热解峰值温度均远高于后者,热分解速度较小,热解过程平稳,有利于减少因气体挥发速度过快引起的体积收缩及与炭纤维之间的分层、开裂等现象。拉曼光谱和X衍射分析结果均证实以甲醇为溶剂时,树脂900℃碳化物的炭化程度约为丙酮的6倍,而有序性是其2倍多,甲醇溶解树脂的碳化物稳定性更高。The effects of the solvents such as methanol and acetone on carbon residue rate, pyrolysis process and charring properties of phenolic resins were discussed. The results show that carbon residue rate of the phenolic resins taking methanol as solvent is 5% higher than that taking acetone as solvent, in addition, its initial and pyrolysis peak temperature are much higher;pyrolysis rate is lower, and pyrolysis process is stable, which are in favor of eliminating volume shrinkage, lamination and crazing of carbon fiber caused by rapid volatile velocity of gas. Raman spectra and X diffraction analysis results show that the carburizing degree of the carbide in the resin taking methanol as solvent at 900℃ is 6 times that of the resin taking acetone as solvent, order degree is about 2 times, and stability of the carbide is better.
