摘　　要：总结了组织培养在牧草上的研究进展，分别从愈伤组织培养、花药离体培养、悬浮细胞培养、原生质体培养、茎尖培养以及胚胎培养等方面进行了讨论，概述了影响牧草组培的几种因素，分析和归纳了该领域研究出现的问题及发展趋势。Research progress and influencing factors on tissue culture of forage grass was reviewed detailedly by summarizing＇ the callus culture, anther culture, cell suspension culture and protoplast suspension culture, shoot tips culture, embryo culture of forage grass. And the limitation of tissue culture for forage grass was analyzed and the strategy for the future development of forage grass regeneration system was prospected as well.
