摘　　要：电子政务的广泛应用使电子公文成为我国各级机关和企事业单位的行政工具.然而由于目前电子公文格式还未进行统一的规范,国家缺乏统一的电子公文建设标准和系统模型,从而导致了电子公文信息交换与共享产生了一定的困难.本文针对目前电子公文的规范与标准化问题进行了探讨.The electronic government affairs have been widespread applied,which make E-docmnent have become administrative tool of all levels of institutioin and business unit in our country.However because the present format of E-document has not been the uniform standard and the country lacks the uniform construction standard and system model of E-document,the exchange of information and sharing of E-document have had the certain difficulty.The article has carried on the discussion in view of criterion and the standardized question of the present E-document.
