摘 要:为了使活性水压裂液在不同构造部位对煤层气井的压裂效果达到最佳,对其施工过程中各个参数进行优化是很有必要的。结合晋城矿区西部3#煤储层特征及压裂设计及施工,把压裂工艺参数进行了分类,以此为基础,系统剖析了在不同的构造部位前置液、携砂液、砂比、排量等不同引起的压裂效果的不同。分析表明:背斜部位、翼部陡峭部位的煤储层,应采取低排量、低砂比、前置液少、携砂液多的工艺参数;向斜部位、翼部宽缓部位的渗透率高的煤储层,应采取段塞技术,以低、中砂比为主施工;渗透率低的煤储层,则采取大排量,以中、高砂比为主。The fracturing effects in the different geological positions about coal -bed methane wells by activated water fracturing fluids was improved with optimized various fracturing parameters in the process of the construction. According to the character of 3^# coal reservoir, combined with the fracturing design and actual situations in the west in Jin - Cheng diggings, these technical parameters about fracturing construction were classified. Based on the class, the author analyzed systemically the different amount about pad fluids, sand -cartier, sand ratio and displacement in the different geological positions. It was showed that the coal reservoirs in the anticline, sheer wing should adopt the fracturing crafts that low displacement, low sand ratio, few pad fluids and more sand - cartier; the coal reservoirs in the syncline, broad - slow wings and high penetrability should adopt the fracturing crafts mainly that filled in sand within the certain distant and low - middling sand ration, low - middling displacement; the coal reservoirs of low penetrability should adopt mainly the fracturing crafts that big displacement, middling - high sand ratio.
