摘　　要：合理进行人力资本投资,把人口资源负担转变成人力资本优势,为我国经济增长方式的转变创造条件,成为社会各界所关注的热点问题。教育投资是人力资本投资的最主要途径,从教育投资的角度分析我国人力资本投资存在投资数量不足、质量不高、结构不合理的问题。合理进行人力资本投资应坚持科学发展观,缩小收入分配差距,建立健全人力资本产权制度,采取以市场机制配置为主、政府配置为辅的方式配置教育资源。Carrying on the human capital investment reasonably and transforming the population resources burden to the human capital superiority to create conditions for transformation of our country＇s economy growth way, has become the hot topic to which the society from all walks of life pays attention. Because the education investment is the main way of the human capital investment, the author attempts from the angle of education investment to analyze the problems in our country＇s human capital investment： investment quantity is insufficient, the quality is not high and the structure is unreasonable. Carrying on the human capital investment reasonably should insist on scientific development view, narrow the gap of income distribution, establish and perfect human capital property right system, and dispose the education resources by adopting the method of taking the market mechanism disposition as the main way and the government disposition as the auxiliary way.
