摘　　要：该文分析了培养学生创新精神与实践能力的意义及要求,阐述了在高等教育条件下实验室开放的重要性和必要性,并探讨了利用实验室开放平台培养学生创新精神与实践能力的途径,希望能引起高等教育工作者的深入思考、探讨和交流,从而推动实践教学改革,培养高质量的创新性人才。This paper analyzes the significance and importance of innovative spirit and pratical ability, and discusses how to foster them in the experiments. Hope it can intrigue the thinking, discussion and communication among the education staff, and push the reform of the experiments to further depth and higher level.
