摘　　要：目的探讨多指离断伤再植的影响因素。方法本组42例，3指至10指离断伤采用通过补充血容量、显微再植术和术后系统的治疗方法。结果本组病例共计131指，成活126指，再植存活率达96.2％。结论多指离断伤的治疗需要全局观念，注意补充血容量，人员密切配合，保证再植指全部存活。Objective To discuss influencing factors of multi-fingers replantation. Methods 42 cases were applied to replantation, blood volume supplement and postoperative systematic treatment. Results 126 fingers were survived among of 131 fingers, the survival rate is 96.2%. Conclusion Overall viewpoint is necessary to treat multi-fingers replantation. Volume supplement, cooperation of stuffs and skilled operation are key points to guarantee the success of replantation.
