摘　　要：代谢组学是一门在新陈代谢的动态进程中,系统研究代谢产物的变化规律,揭示机体生命活动代谢本质的科学。本文对代谢组学的概念、特点、研究方向及研究方法作了简要介绍,综述了当前代谢组学技术在临床疾病诊断中的应用,并对代谢组学的发展作了展望。Metabonomics is the scientific technology to study the regularity of metabolic products in metabolic proceeding and to reveal the essence of vital movement. Metabonomics technologies are introduced in the following aspects： the concepts, characteristics, research direction and approaches. Metabonomics technology and its applications in disease diagnosis are reviewed in this paper.
