摘　　要：高等教育事业的发展对高等学校学生管理工作提出了新的要求。本文旨在通过将实验室良好管理原则运用于高等学校学生管理体系建设,为高等学校探索学生管理工作理念创新、体制创新、制度创新、模式创新提供一些建议和参考。With the development of higher education in China, the management of students＇ affairs in universities has put forward new demands. This essay is paid to apply the management principle GLP to the contribution of the establishment of university students management system, and offers some suggestion and references to the pursuit of new ideas on university students management innovation, system innovation, mechanism innovation and pattern innovation.
