摘  要:目的探讨AO动力髁螺钉(DCS)治疗股骨近端骨折的效果。方法对36例股骨近端骨折患者采用间接复位、DCS内固定。结果随访12-36个月,平均24个月,所有病例均骨性愈合,平均愈合时间4个月。无一例发生钢板螺钉松动、断裂、骨不连等并发症。功能评定:优29例,良7例。结论DCS持别适用于治疗股骨近端骨折,符合髋部生物力学要求,能达到良好的骨折复位、坚强的固定,可早期活动关节及功能锻炼,骨折愈合率高。Aim To explore the effect of AO dynamic condylar screw (DCS) in the treatment of femur proximal end fracture. Methods 36 cases with femur proximal end fracture were treated with indirect reduction and AO DCS. Results The follow-up ranged from 12 to 36 months with an average of 24 months. Complete union were found in all cases. The union time was 4 months on average. No plate and screw looseness,breakage or nonunion was found. The function recovery was excellent in 29 cases and good in 7. Conclusion DCS is especially suitable for femur proximal end fracture and tally with the biomechanical requirements. It has obvious advantages of good reduction and has a reliable fixation,early rehabilitation and high healing rate. All these are up to the biomechanic principles.
