乙酰紫草素注射液对S180荷瘤小鼠抑瘤作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察乙酰紫草素注射液对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180的抑瘤作用。方法:采用小鼠S180肉瘤模型进行体内抑瘤实验。观察荷瘤动物的生长情况,测量各实验组小鼠肿瘤体积及瘤质量变化,绘制肿瘤生长曲线并计算抑瘤率。治疗结束后取各鼠肿瘤组织及重要器官HE染色,光学显微镜下观察。结果:乙酰紫草素注射液的抑瘤率分别为25.28%、39.55%、56.00%。0.5、1、2mg/kg可使肿瘤细胞大量变性坏死,各实验组小鼠重要器官未见明显异常。结论:乙酰紫草素注射液对S180荷瘤小鼠生长具有抑制作用。Objective： To investigate the inhibitory effect of aeetylshikonin injection on tumor growth in S180 sarcoma bearing mice. Methods：The S180 sarcoma model in mice was used in the study. The growth curves and the growth inhibitory rate were analyzed by measuring the changes of the sarcoma volume and the weight of each group. The xenograft and important organs were harvested at the end of treatment and the tissues were examined by HE staining. Results：Under the treatment of 0.5, 1 and 2mg/kg of aeetylshikonin injection the inhibitory, rates of S180 xenografts in mice were 25.28% （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,39.55% （ P 〈 0.01 ） and 56.00% （ P 〈 0.01 ） , respectively. Histopathological examination revealed widespread necrosis in the tumors. There were no abnormal changes in important organs of the mice. Conclusion： Acetylshikonin injection has obvious antitumor effect in vivo.
