摘 要:研究了水冷式半导体冷藏箱冷端和热端传热对冷藏箱性能的影响.通过试验及计算,分析了冷藏箱性能与冷端风扇电压及热端冷却水温度的关系.冷端传热强化后,冷藏箱的耗电量几乎不变,制冷量和制冷系数增加,制冷温度及热端、冷端温度差降低,制冷性能上升.热端冷却水温度降低,耗电量、制冷量及制冷系数增加,制冷温度降低,半导体的热端、冷端温度差减小,运行性能提高.研究结果可为通过改善半导体冷端和热端传热提高半导体冷藏箱的性能提供试验和理论依据.A thermoelectric refrigerator with a water-cooled hot side was designed and constructed. Its performance with different heat rejection at cold and hot sides was investigated. The test results show that refrigerating output and COP increase with the voltage of the fan at cold side, while the consumed electricity almost keeps constant. The refrigeration temperature and the heat conducted from hot side to cold side descend with a higher rotation speed of the fan. The consumed electricity, refrigerating output and COP of the refrigerator increase with a lower temperature of cooling-water of hot side. The refrigeration temperature and heat conducted from hot side to cold side decrease with the temperature of cooling-water. The performance of the refrigerator can be improved with a higher voltage of the fan and a lower temperature of the cooling-water.
