摘  要:【目的】了解耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的耐药性及相关耐药基因的存在状况。【方法】采用纸片扩散法对56株MRSA进行11种抗菌药物敏感性测定,采用PCR法检测相关耐药基因mecA基因和ermB基因。【结果】所有菌株对万古霉素均敏感;对青霉素G、苯唑西林普遍耐药;对红霉素、阿奇霉素、复方新诺明、环丙沙星也表现出很高的耐药性,耐药率达90%以上;对阿米卡星、庆大霉素、呋喃妥因和利福平的耐药率分别为46.4%、83.9%、5.3%和55.4%。mecA基因和ermB基因的阳性率分别为100%和78.6%。【结论】临床分离的MRSA多重耐药性十分严重,相关耐药基因表达率高,应引起临床重视。[Objective]To investigate the drug resistance and related drug resistant genes in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). [Methods] Susceptibility test was performed to detect the susceptibility of 11 kinds of antimicrobial agents against 56 strains of MRSA by K-B method. MecA gene and ermB gene were analyzed by PCR. [Results] All strains were sensitive to vancomycin, and resistant to penicillin G and oxacillin, and also highly resistant to erythromycin, azithromycin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, ciprofloxacin, which the resistant rate was above 90%. The resistant rates of 56 strains to amikacin, cidomycin, furadantin and rifampicin were 46.4%, 83.9%, 5.3% and 55.4% respectively. The positive rates of mecA gene and ermB gene were 100% and 78. 6% in 56 strains respectively. [Conclusion] Multiple resistance of MRSA is very serious , and the positive rates of related drug resistance genes are high. Therefore, it should be paid much attention to.
