摘 要:对传统的浸没燃烧技术进行了改进和创新,研制出新型的气-水直接接触相变换热方式的供热装置。通过基础实验得到孔板形式直接接触相变换热的试验数据,可用于指导工程设计。通过样机测试和实际应用表明,此形式的供热装置结构新颖、高效节能、大气排放指标极低、耗材少、成本低廉,在低温供热场合优于常规供热锅炉的性能指标,具有良好的应用前景。The traditional submerged combustion technology was improved,and a new type of heating equipment with gas-liquid direct mix and phase change heat transfer was developed. The experimental results of the direct mix and phase heat transfer of the perforated plate type were obtained by the basic experiments, and it is useful for engineering design. The test of the prototype and its practical application show that the heating equipment is characterized by innovative structure, high efficiency and energy saving, very low air pollution, material saving, low cost, etc.. The new type of heating equipment has good prospects because it has better performance than the traditional boiler at low temperature heating.
