摘  要:将经过表面修饰的透闪石与尼龙1010按一定比例共混制成复合材料,采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了该复合材料的等温结晶行为,并应用Avrami方程对其进行了等温结晶动力学分析。结果表明:透闪石对尼龙1010结晶起到了异相成核的作用,尼龙1010的结晶速率随透闪石的含量的增加而提高,Avrami指数n略有降低。对尼龙1010及其复合材料样品结晶活化能的计算表明,后者高于前者,结晶速度对温度的敏感性增加。Tremolite/nylon 1010 composites with given ratio were prepared by melt tremolite of prior modified investigated by differential surface. The isothermal crystallization behavior of the scanning calorimeter (DSC). The Avrami equation was ad the crystallization kinetics. Results show that the incorporation of tremolite has CO opt th process with mposites was ed to describe e function of heterogeneous nucleation to nylon 1010 crystallization. With the increase in tremolite, the crystallization rate of nylon 1010 is enhanced and the Avrami exponent n is slightly decreased. Calculation shows that the crystallization activation energy of nylon 1010 is lower than that of its composites. The sensitivity of crystallization rate to temperature is enhanced.
