摘  要:为了解决滚塑成型工艺中加热时间难以确定的问题,依据传热学和界面运动理论进行了滚塑成型加热时间的研究,提出了模具和树脂粉料加热时间的计算方法。将研究结果应用到卡车翼子板滚塑成型工艺中,确定了模具的加热时间和制品的加热时间。将计算结果与试验数据进行了对比,两者吻合得较好,由此验证了该计算方法的有效性和实用性。The heating times during the rotational molding of the hollow plastic products were studied according to the theory of heat transfer and interracial movement,and an algorithm was proposed. The algorithm was applied to the molding process of a truck fender to determine the heating times of the mold and the product. The corresponding experiments were made and it was found that the relative errors of the calculated results appeared satisfactory, they were in good agreement with the experimental data, proving the validity and practicability of the algorithm.
