中医治疗寒冷性荨麻疹临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药治疗寒冷性荨麻疹疗效。[方法]将130例患者随机分为两组,试验组70例,服用中药治疗,对照组60例,口服依巴斯汀片治疗,服药4周后判效,停药2个月随访。[结果]治疗组痊愈30例,显效24例,好转10例,无效6例;对照组痊愈10例,显效22例,好转12例,无效14例。两组治愈率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]中医药治疗寒冷性荨麻疹具有较好疗效。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of TCM in treating cold urticaria, [Methods] One hundred and thirty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （oral administration of TCM） and control group （oral administration of Yiyisiding tablet）. The treatment course was four weeks and the patients were followed-up for two months. [Results] Thirty patients were fully recovered, 24 cases significantly cured, 10 cases improved and 6 cases were ineffective in treatment group; while in control group the excellent effect was obtained in 10 cases, significantly cured in 22 cases , improvement in 12 cases and ineffectiveness in 14 cases, The healing rate between both groups was obviously differentiated （P〈0.05）, [Conclusions] The traditional Chinese medicine has a better curative effect in treating cold urticaria.
