摘  要:目的研究中国浙江汉族吸烟人群中巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)基因-173位点单核苷酸多态性与冠心病的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应和限制性内切酶片段长度多态性方法,对冠心病组(至少1支冠脉直径狭窄≥50.00%)67例、对照组72例检测巨噬细胞移动抑制因子173位点基因多态性。结果MIF基因-173位点检测到3种基因型,其基因型分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律。冠心病患者MIF-173基因型分布与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.35,P<0.05)。冠心病患者MIF-173C等位基因频率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.14,P<0.01)。结论MIF基因-173G/C位点多态性与吸烟人群的冠心病发病有关,C等位基因可能是浙江汉族吸烟人群冠心病的易感性标志。Objective To investigate the relationship between the-173 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) gene and angiographically documented coronary heart disease (CHD)in Chinese cigarette smoking population. Methods Migration inhibitory factor-173 genotypes were investigated with PCR in 67 patients complicated with CHD and 72 controls. Results Three kinds of genotypes at the MIF-173 locus were detected , and no deviation was observed from Hardy-Weinherg equilibrium. There was significant difference in MIF-173 genotype distribution between patients and controls (X^2=6.35, P〈0.05). Significant differences in genotype frequencies of MIF-173 C allele were found between CHD and those without CHD (X^2=7.14, P〈0.01). Conclusion These results suggest that MIF-173G/C polymorphism is associated with CHD in Chinese cigarette smoking population, the MIF-173C allele might be a risk factor for CHD in Chinese Han smokers in Zhejiang province.
