摘　　要：目的应用与评估Identifiler和Sinofiler试剂盒在亲权鉴定中的应用价值。方法应用五色荧光标记复合扩增系统对106例亲权鉴定的血样进行PCR扩增,用ABI3100-Avant遗传分析仪对扩增产物进行毛细管电泳,用GeneMapper v3.2软件进行基因分型,评估Identifiler和Sinofiler试剂盒在中国汉族人群中的适用性。结果在不排除的案例中Sinofiler比Identifiler具有较高的PI值,在排除的案例中Sinofiler比Identifiler具有较多的排除指标。结论Sinofiler比Identifiler更适用于中国汉族人群的亲权鉴定。objective To apply and evaluate two different kits- Identifiler and Sinofiler in paternity testing of Chinese Han population. Methods By multiplex amplification system, capillary electrophoresis and GeneMapper typing, 15 STR loci were genotyped in 106 cases of paternity testing. Results In inclusive cases, Sinofiler has higher PI valves than Identifiler; in exclusive cases, Sinofiler is more effective than Identifiler. Conclusion The results show that Sinofiler is more suitable in Chinese Han paternity testing.
