髌骨粉碎性骨折的治疗实施及其方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的髌骨粉碎性骨折或下极骨折治疗方法的研究。方法对35例髌骨粉碎性骨折及下极骨折,取髌骨内侧弧形切口,采用张力带结合钢丝环扎内固定方法。结果对本组病例中32例(92%)随访8个月—2.5年,平均14个月,均获骨性愈合,平均愈合时间4.5个月。结论髌骨粉碎性骨折或下极骨折的手术治疗,既要尽力保持髌骨及附属结构的完整性,又要最大限度地保持髌骨关节面的平滑性,该手术方法能较好保持了其完整平滑性,同时内固定坚强,术后不用外固定,能早期功能锻炼,有利于促进骨折愈合和患膝功能恢复。Objective： Research on the treatment of comminuted fracture of the patella fracture . Methods： Using tension-band wire ring ligation with internal fixation method and the medial patella curved incision to cure 35 cases of patellar fracture, comminuted fracture. Results： Taking the investigate into 32 cases of this group （92%） ,in follow-up 8 months to 2.5 years, an average of 14 months, they have been bone healing, the average healing time of 4.5 months. Conclusion： Under a comminuted fracture of the patella fractures or surgical treatment, we should make every effort to maintain the structure of the patella and subsidiary integrity, but also maximize the patella maintain the smooth articular surface, the surgical method can better maintain its integrity smoothing, strong internal fixation at the same time, without after external fixation, to the early exercise, and help to promote fracture healing and knees functional recovery.
