摘 要:目的探索适宜社区老年高血压患者知、信、行护理干预方法,并评价其效果。方法将社区原发性高血压分级管理患者130名,随机分成干预组和对照组各65名,干预组定期接受聊天护理服务,对照组为社区传统高血压管理。分别于干预12个月前、后采用自行编制的高血压相关KAP问卷进行效果评定。结果试验组患者在干预12个月后的大部分高血压相关KAP项目评定,与干预前以及对照组干预后比较有显著提高(P〈0.05)。结论聊天护理是一种老年高血压患者易于接受、符合老年人特点的社区护理干预方法。能较好地促进患者相关知、信、行知识水平的提高。Objective To make assessment on effect of KAP(knowledge, Attitude, Practice) used in corn munity elderly hypertensive. Method 130 primary hypertensive in the community with classified administration were randomly divided into interference group and control group with 65 cases each, chat up nursing were regular- ly accepted in interference group, community traditional management were used in control group. Self work-out hypertension related KAP questionnaires were used before and after intervention for assessment of effects. Results After 12 months of interference, most of hypertension related KAP in interference group were obviously enhanced compared with the same group before interference and control group after interference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Chat up nursing service is a kind of community interference method easy to be accepted and according with the elder's characteristic. It can be used for better promotion of related KAP level.
