摘　　要：村民自治组织作为社会的基层民主形式,有其独特的特点和不可替代的作用。在社会主义新农村建设中,村民自治组织能够调整干群关系,增强农村社会的凝聚力,促进农村社会的和谐。但是,村民自治组织还有很多不完善的地方,需要政府和各部门给予大力支持,才能充分发挥它在社会主义新农村建设中的作用。Villager＇s autonomy organization has its unique characteristic and irreplaceable function as the form of democracy in grass - roots units of the society. In the new rural construction of socialism, villager＇s autonomy organization can mediate the relation between the cadres and the masses, strengthen the cohesiveness of the rural society, promote the harmony of the rural society. However, there are a lot localities not complete in villager＇s autonomy organization, so every department of the government should offer energetic support and give full play to the role in new rural construction of socialism of villager＇s autonomy organization.
