摘 要:为了考察上升管中严重段塞流的变化规律,在强烈段塞流模拟试验装置上利用压力传感器对严重段塞流进行了测试。通过对单个液塞经过管道上某一测压点时的压力信号的理论分析,给出了压力波动曲线上的特征点与液塞相对于测压点位置之间的对应关系,并得到了利用单压力信号求得液塞运动速度、液塞长度和循环周期等特征参数的方法。研究结果表明,在进口气液相流量恒定的流动中,严重段塞流具有严格的周期性,它的液塞速度、液塞长度和循环周期等参数随时间变化而波动的幅度很小。In order to find the rule of characteristic parameters of severe slugging in the riser-pipe systems, the experimental investigation on characteristic parameters of air-water severe slugging in experimental pipeline-riser systems was conducted using pressure sensor. By analyzing the pressure signal of one point in riser pipe, the relations between the characteristic points in the pressure signal profile and the arrival situation of the liquid slug were given. A new measurement method about the computation of the liquid slug velocity, liquid slug length and period of cycle, was proposed. When gas and liquid flow rate is constant, the period of severe slugging is strict. The characteristic parameters of severe slugging, such as the liquid slug length, the liquid slug velocity and period of cycle fluctuate slightly.
