摘 要:氧是一种环境信号,参与调节细胞的生长分化及生物学表型调控。研究发现低氧影响免疫应答的性质与强度,参与急慢性炎症如类风湿性关节炎的发生及转归过程,其中低氧诱导因子(hypoxia inducible factor,HIF)的调控作用备受关注。类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是具有局部低氧特征的自身免疫性疾病,近年来的研究发现低氧微环境在其发展过程中起关键作用,拟就低氧及HIF在类风湿关节炎发病中作用的研究进展进行综述。As an environmental signal, oxygen is involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation and the expression of biological phenotypes. Previous studies showed that hypoxia affected the types and intensity of immune response and was involved in the development and progress of acute and chronic inflammation, such as rheumatoid arthritis. Increasing interests were focused on the functions of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF) in inflammation regulation. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease characterized with local hypoxia. Recently studies suggested that hypoxic microenvironment played an important role in the progress of rheumatoid arthritis. In this study, we review the effects of hypoxia and HIF on the development and progress of rheumatoid arthritis.
