3种乳房整形术后患者伤口引流量对比研究

摘　　要：目的比较3种常见乳房整形手术后患者伤口引流量的差异,为确定临床护理重点提供依据。方法选择硅凝胶假体置入隆乳术患者38例、巨乳缩小整形术患者37例、聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后取出术患者39例,观察手术后1～5 d患者双侧乳房的24 h伤口引流量,并比较3种整形术后患者伤口引流量的差异。结果3种乳房整形手术患者术后1～5 d,左右侧乳房的伤口引流量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3种乳房整形手术患者术后伤口引流量间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),硅凝胶假体置入隆乳术患者伤口引流量明显多于其他两种手术患者。结论硅凝胶假体置入隆乳术患者术后1～5 d伤口引流量明显多于巨乳缩小整形术、聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后取出术患者,是临床护理观察的重点。Objective To study the differences in drainage volume following the 3 mastoplasties to provide the key points of clinical nursing.Methods 38 cases of augmentation mammoplasty by silicone implants,37 cases of reduction mammoplasty,and 39 cases of surgicla removes of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for augmentation mammoplasty were observed in respect of the 24-hour drainage volume from both operated breasts 1~5 days following the mastoplasties,with the differences in volume compared.Results There were no difference in the drainage volume between the right and left breasts in the three groups（P〉0.05）,but the differences were significant in drainage volume among the three groups（P〈0.01）.The volume in the group with augmentation mammoplasty by silicone implants was significantly larger than that in other two groups.Conclusion The drainage volume of those 1-5 days following augmentation mammoplasty by silicone implants is larger than that of other two groups,so those with augmentation mammoplasty by silicone implants are the key subjects for clinical nursing observation.
