摘 要:目的探讨健康教育对125I粒子植入术患者住院期间亲属焦虑的影响。方法入院时采用Zung’s焦虑自评量表对78例患者亲属进行调查,了解其焦虑程度,然后实施健康教育,于患者手术后再次进行调查。结果患者亲属入院时的焦虑状态与实施健康教育后的焦虑状态比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强与125I粒子植入术患者亲属沟通,准确及时实施健康教育,提供信息支持有利于降低患者亲属的焦虑情绪,使其更好地配合,促进患者早日康复。Objective To study the effect of health education on the relatives of patients undergoing 125I implantation.Methods At admission,Zung's Anxiety Scale was used to make an investigation among 78 relatives of patients undergoing ^125I implantation,about the degree of anxiety,followed by health education and finally another investigation following the implantation.Results The scores at anxiety at their admission into hospital went down,compared with those after implementation of health education.The difference was significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion Enhanced communication with their relatives of patients undergoing 125I implantation,accurate and timely health education to provide support of information,good for lowering the anxiety level of their relatives,can promote them to be more cooperative in the treatment and care of the patients and thus promote their soon rehabilitation.
