摘　　要：目的:建立中成药银黄片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:样品经处理后用HPLC法,选择280nm作为测定波长。结果:回收率为97.40%,RSD为0.41%。结论:HPLC法测定银黄片,方法灵敏、准确,可用于其质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for determing the content of baicalin in Yinhuang Plan. Methods ：The samples that had been treated by HPLC, desighate 280nm as measuring wavelength.Results ：The recovery rate was 97.40% and related standard deviation（RSD） was 0.41%.Conclusion ：This method is sensitive and accurate, can be applied in quality control.
