摘　　要：目的：建立归脾丸中白术内酯I的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱：kromasilC18柱；流动相：甲醇一水（55：45）；检测波长：220nm；流速：1．0ml·min^-1。结果：白术内酯I线性范围为2．08—31．2μg.ml^-1，r=0．9994，回收率为95．43％，RSD％=1．51％。结论：本方法简便、可靠、重现性较好，能起到控制归脾丸中白术内酯I含量的作用。Objective： To establish HPLC method for the determination of atractylenolide I in Guipi pills. Methods： Atracty- lenolide I in Guipi pills was determined by HPLC, using kromasil C18 column, methanol - water（55：45） as mobile phase, the detec- tion wavelength was 220 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml . min^-1. RESULTS： The linear range of atractylenolide I was 2.08 ~31.2μg.ml^-1 , coefficient correlation r was 0. 9994, the average recovery of atractylenolide I was 95.43% with RSD% of 1.51%. Conclu- sion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repreatable. It can be used for determination of atractylenolide I in Guipi pills.
