摘 要:采用实验生态学方法,在24℃水温下,研究了饵料生物种类及浓度对不同规格青蛤滤水率(FR)的影响。结果表明:(1)青蛤的FR随着体质量的增大而增大,符合幂函数回归关系:FR=0.5725WD0.705 3(R2=0.9987),单位质量的滤水率(FR/WD)随着青蛤规格的增大而减小。(2)FR随着饵料浓度的增大而增大,但当异胶藻浓度达到8×105ind/L时,开始迅速下降。(3)FR受不同饵料种类的影响,青蛤对牟氏角毛藻的平均滤水效果最好,达到0.6左右,滤水效果最差的是异胶藻,平均FR只有0.3左右。The present paper deals with the study as concerns the effects on the filtration rate of clam Cyclina sinensis fed with the different species and concentration of algae, so as to detect the correlations between the filtration rate of clam and the diet density together with the different species and their size of algae to be fed. The experiment was conducted in a laboratory system during October 2006. By way of the experimentally ecological method, under 24 ℃ of water temperature, the different diet species and concentration effected on the filtration rate of the clam with different specifications were sutdied. It came to the conclusions that : ( 1 ) FR of clam was increased to be followed with the body weight increasing, their relationship corresponded to the exponent function regression, FR = 0. 572 5 WD^0.7053 (R^2 = 0. 998 7). However, the FR per body weight of clam revealed negative correlation with their specification incrsasing. (2) FR was increased with the increase of diet at beginning, but decreased rapidly as the density reached 8 × 10^5 ind/L. (3) The feeding selectivity of clam on algae was studied as well. The highest FR( 0. 6) occurred in the Chaetoceros mueller group, and the lowest FR (0.3) occurred in the Heterogloea sp. group.
