鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术中巧用金霉素眼膏加电凝吻合法治疗慢性泪囊炎36例

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术对泪囊腔大小、范围、部位的把握以及用简便方法吻合泪囊鼻黏膜瓣。方法:通过由泪点注入金霉素眼膏来显示泪囊的解剖部位、大小、范围;用电凝吻合泪囊鼻黏膜瓣。结果:36例患者(40眼)术后随访半年,治愈75%,显效15%,无效10%,总有效率90%。结论:用金霉素眼膏指引确定泪囊的部位、大小、范围效果良好,电凝吻合泪囊鼻黏膜方法简便效果较好。Objective：To investigate the feasibility of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy on the size,scope and location of dacryocyst,and to seek a simple method for the anastomosis of lacrimal-and nasal-mucosal valves. Methods：The anatomical size,scope and location of dacryocyst were demonstrated by infusion arueomycinum oculentum through the lacrimal point;the electrocoagulation was used to anastomose the lacrimal-and nasal-mucosal valves. Results：All 36 cases（40 eyes） were followed up for 6 months after operation,the results suggested that the clinical cure rate was 75%,the significant effective rate was 15%,the ineffective rate was 10%,and the total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion：The curative effect by infusing arueomycinum oculentum to reveal the anatomical size,scope and location of dacryocyst is good,and the electrocoagulation anastomosis of lacrimal-and nasal-mucosal valves is a simple and effective method.
