摘 要:借鉴中药指纹图谱的思想,建立了一种快速、全面分析喜树(Camptotheca acuminata)叶片次生代谢产物的高效液相图谱分析方法:C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-2%(体积分数)乙彰水(mL/mL)为流动相进行梯度洗脱(85min),检测波长210~400nm,样品用甲醇超声提取。运用该方法从喜树叶片中检测出11种次生代谢产物。A rapid chromatography method for the determination of secondary metabolites in leaves of Camptotheca acuminata by HPLC was established by borrowing the idea from Chinese medicine fingerprint. The secondary metabolites were separated with gradient elution performed on a C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) within 85 minutes using methanol aqueous solution (2 mL acetic acid in 100 mL H2O) as the mobile phase, and detected at 210-400 nm by a diode-array detector. Secondary metabolites were ultrasonically extracted by methanol. Eleven compounds were isolated from C. acuminata leaves.
