摘　　要：目的:介绍胸腔镜辅助下行Nuss手术治疗小儿漏斗胸的手术方法、并发症。方法:胸腔镜辅助下行Nuss手术治疗10例漏斗胸,其中男7例,女3例,平均年龄5岁3个月(2岁5个月~12岁)。结果:10例均顺利完成手术,手术时间为60min^90min;患者均用钢支撑架;术后平均住院天数为9d;随访9~12个月。并发症为术后气胸1例,1例间接性疼痛。结论:胸腔镜辅助下行Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸手术方法安全可靠。患者手术修复的最佳时机为6~12岁。Objective To introduce the procedure and complication of minimally invasive operation （ Nuss procedure） for pectus excavatum repairing. Method Ten patients suffered from pectus excavtum were corrected by Nuss procedure under thoracescope, 7 were boys and 3 were girls. The average age was 5 years and 3 mouths （from 2 years and 5 mouths to 12 years）. Results Ten patients all had completion of their procedure successfully. The operation time ranged from 60 to 90 min. All the patients were utilized a single steel support bar. The average post - operative hospital stay was 9 days. The duration of following up was 9 - 12 mouths. The complication was one case of pneumothorax and one case of persistent pain. Conclusion Nuss procedure under thoracoscope is a safe, minimally invasive surgery, and the excellent age ranges from 6 to 12 years.
