摘 要:目的:探讨慢性咳嗽患者的食物不耐受情况,对疾病的诊治与预防提供依据。方法:选取门诊慢性咳嗽患者92例,正常对照72例,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法检测血清中14种食物过敏原IgG浓度并加以比较。结果:患者组食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体浓度明显高于对照组,排列在前几位的分别是虾(50%)、蟹(45.7%)、鸡蛋(41.3%)、牛奶(34.8%)。结论:忌食不耐受食物后,患者症状明显好转,说明食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体测定有助于及早发现慢性咳嗽患者的病因,为诊治和预防提供依据。Objective To evaluate the food intolerance in patients with chronic cough, in order to provide evidence for diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Method 92 patients with chronic cough (the study group) and 72 healthy cases (the control group) were involved in this study. The food specific IgG was measured by enzyme unite immunity adsorption law(ELISA). The serum concentrations of 14 kinds of food allergen IgGs were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The concentration of food specific IgG in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and previous ones were shrimp ( 50% ), crab (45.7%), egg (41.3%) and milk (34.8%). Conclusion The symptoms of the patients with chronic cough are obviously improved by avoiding taking the intolerance food, so it suggests the determination of food allergen IgG would be helpful to discover the cause of chroniccough and offers basis for diagnosis, treatment and prevention as well.
