长秀霖联合拜蓎平强化治疗在2型糖尿病的临床应用(附50例临床观察)

摘　　要：目的:观察长秀霖联合拜蓎平强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:对50例2型糖尿病患者,使用拜蓎平50mg三餐时口服加睡前10点皮下注射长秀霖。抽取静脉血测定空腹血糖(FPG)及早餐后2h血糖(2hPG),免疫比浊法测定糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),比较治疗前后上述变化。结果:本组患者FPG从治疗前(11.5±2.5)mmol/L下降至(7.0±0.5)mmol/L,治疗2个月后仍保持在(5.8±0.4)mmol/L。2hPG从治疗前(14.8±0.8)mmol/L下降至(8.8±0.4)mmol/L,在治疗2个月后保持为(7.8±0.3)mmol/L;FPG和2hPG与治疗前比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗2个月后,HbA1c从治疗前(8.3±0.6)%下降至(6.5±0.6)%,与治疗前比较,有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:长秀霖联合拜蓎平强化治疗在短时间内达到血糖控制标准,疗效确切。Objective To observe the effects of regular Basalin inject and Baitangping therapy diabetic. Method 50diatic patients were treated by regular insulin inject at 10：00 PM. and Baitangping（50mg,tid po）. Fasting plama glucose（FPG） ,2hours postprandial glucose （2hPG） and glycosylated benoglobinA1 c（ GHbA1 c）were tested before and after insulin therapy. Results After therapy, FPG of patients reduced from（ 11.5 ± 2.5 ） mmol/L（ P 〈 0.01 ） to（7.0 ± 0.5） mmol/L and maintained at 5.8 ± 0.4mmol/L, at the 2months follow - up. 2 hPG of patients reduced from（ 14.8 ± 0.8 ） mmol/L（ P 〈 0.01 ） to （ 8.8 ± 0.4） mmol/L, and maintained at （ 7.8 ± 0.3） mmol/L at the 2months follow - up; After 2months, HbA1 c reduced from （ 8.3 ± 0.6） % to （6.5 ± 0.6 ） % （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Conclusion Intensive therapy of Basalin and Baitangping attained controlling standard and carative effect in shoot - tenn.
