抚顺地区婴儿脐血IgE水平的研究

摘　　要：目的:探寻影响婴儿脐血IgE水平的因素。方法:采用荧光酶免疫法测定134例脐血中IgE的含量。所有数据采用EXCEL软件进行统计分析。结果:①通过静脉穿刺采集134个脐血样本,IgE水平小于0.35kU/L的为36例,大于0.35kU/L的为98例,最高的为7100kU/L,平均数为32.5kU/L(IgE水平>100kU/L,均认为母血已被污染)。②文中分别调查了环境因素、遗传因素、婴儿体重、婴儿性别、过敏性疾病、孕妇吸烟与否和孕妇过敏与否与脐血IgE水平的之间的关系,发现孕妇生活的环境因素、遗传因素、孕妇吸烟和婴儿过敏性疾病等对脐血IgE水平影响较大。结论:抚顺地区脐血IgE水平升高的婴儿易患过敏性疾病,尤其是婴儿湿疹和荨麻疹。测定脐血IgE水平可预测婴儿过敏性疾病,尤其是婴儿湿疹和荨麻疹。脐血IgE水平升高结合过敏家族史对婴儿过敏性疾病的预测价值较高。Objective To explore the factors influencing IgE level of cord blood. Method Total cord blood IgE level of 134 infants were measured with Flouoroenzymeimmunoassay UNICAP100Ra （Pharmacia＆Upjehn）. The data was analyzed with EXCEL. Results In 134 samples, cord blood IgE higher than 100kU/L was excluded from the analysis because of possible contamination with maternal blood. The average IgE was up to 32.5kU/L,98 samples were higher than 0.35kU/L, and 36 were lower than 0.35kU/L. Living environment,genetic factor,smoking and anaphylactic disease of infant obviously affected the IgE level of cord blood. Conclusion The atopic disease especially the dermatitis and urticaria of the infants is significantly more frequent among infants with the cord IgE above 0.35kU/L. The elevated cord blood IgE was found a significant predictor for the development of the atopic disease especially the dermatitis and urticaria of the infants. The allergic family history is higher when the cord blood IgE above 0.35kU/L combined with the family history.
