摘 要:介绍了一种惯性通道半主动控制式液力悬置的设计开发。该液力悬置不改变橡胶主簧刚度和液体黏度,随发动机转速变化,由步进电机控制旋转阀的旋转角度,改变惯性通道的工作段(各段具有不同的长度),从而改变液力悬置的动态特性,使发动机—悬置系统的振动传递率最小。装车试验表明,所设计悬置具有较好的宽频带减振隔振性能。The design and development of semi-active control inertia track hydraulic mount was introduced. The stiffness of rubber main spring and liquid viscosity in the hydraulic mount was not changed. The dynamic characteristic of hydraulic mount was changed by changing the working zone, which had different length, of inertia track through controlling rotation angle of rotary valve with stepping motor according to the engine speed. The vibration transmitting ratio reached the minimum finally. It was proved that the designed mount had the better performance of absorbing and isolating vibration for wider frequency range by the experiment.
