摘 要:采用新型的电化学-多相催化反应器,在有、无催化剂的情况下,研究了它对硝基苯模拟废水的处理效果。考查了不同填料存在时,各种因素对电解硝基苯处理效果的影响。试验结果表明,有催化剂存在时电化学-多相催化反应器对电解硝基苯有较好的处理效果,尤其是以铁催化剂为填料时,处理效果最佳,可以将原有的复极固定床电化学反应器电解硝基苯的处理效果从60%提高到80%,催化剂的加入强化了电化学-多相催化反应器的电化学氧化过程。The nitrobenzene wastewater was treated by a new electrochemical heterogeneous catalytic reactor under the presence of catalyst and control (without catalyst) respectively. The factors ofnitrobenzene electrolyzing were examined with different fillings. Results showed that the nitrobenzene removal efficiency with the presence of catalyst is higher than that without catalyst. And especially the ferrous catalyst efficiency is the best one for nitr obenzene removal, which increasing the removal efficiency from 60% to 80%. It is clear that reaction of electro-oxidation is promoted by the catalyst.
