摘　　要：人类感知外界信息,80%是通过视觉得到的。三维重建一直是计算机视觉领域最热门的研究方向之一。研究了基于医学图像的三维重建,从一系列二维断层医学图像中重构出三维实体,以便满足医学应用。3D reconstruction is a hot topic in the field of computer vision.
