摘  要:为了提高生物芯片质量检测的效率,针对待检测生物芯片的电极线性阵列分布的特征,提出了生物芯片的自动检测方法:首先将图像分割成子图像,其次是将子图像分割成子模式,最后对各子模式采用非参考比较法进行检测.实践证明了该方法的有效性,可以提高检测的速度和准确性.Biochip plays more and more important roles in medical analysis and test. There is a need to enhance the effectiveness of biochip inspection. As the biochip inspected is based on linear-arrayed electrode, an inspection algorithm was developed. At first, the image was segmented into sub images according to the linear character, and then the sub image was segmented into subpatterns, at last the subpattens were inspected by nonreferential method. Experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of the algorithm, which could improve the speed and the accuracy of the inspection.
