摘 要:本文以72名矽肺患者为研究对象.探讨了矽肺患者血清Zn、Cu、Cp和尿Hyy含量之间的关系.结果表明,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期矽肺病人血清Zn明显低于对照组,血清Cu、Cp和尿Hyp明显高于对照组,Ⅱ期矽肺病人血清Zn低于Ⅰ或病人.血清Zn岔量与矽肺期别和尿Hyp呈明显正相关,血清Cp与尿Hyp也呈明显正相关.结果提示;血清Zh含量随矽肺期别的增加而明显降低,血清Cu含且随矽肺期别的增加而明显增高.血清Cu含量越高,血清Cp活性和尿Hyp含量也越高.In order to study the relationship of zinc (Zn),copper (Cu),copper-protein (Cp ) and urinary hydroxy-proline (Hyp), the 72 silicosis cases were examined. The results showed thatthe serum Zn of the silicosis cases was lower obviously and the serum Cu and urinary Hyp were higher significantly than those of the control. The serum Zn of the silicosis cases at stageⅢ was lower than that of ones at stage 1. The serum Zn related negative with the silicosis degree and urinary Hyp. The serum Cu related positive with the serum Cp and urinaryHyp. The results showed that the serum Zn decreased and the serum Cu increased along withincreasing of the silicosis degree. The higher the quantity of the serum Cu was,the higher the activity of the serum Cp and the quantity of urinary Hyp were.
