摘  要:以丁基橡胶为粘料,炭黑为补强剂,木粉为填充剂制备中空玻璃密封胶。考查了炭黑和木粉填充量对密封胶强度、可塑性、加工性能及表面形貌的影响。试验结果表明,密封胶剪切强度随炭黑填充量的增加而增大,当炭黑填充量为每百份橡胶60份时,密封胶可塑度达到最小值。红外光谱分析说明,木粉表面的羟基可能与硬脂酸发生了酯化反应;随木粉填充量的增加,密封胶剪切强度增大,加工性能变差。填充木粉前后密封胶的SEM照片显示了木粉在密封胶中分散均匀。The sealants containing the fillers of carbon black and wood flour for cavity-glass were Effects of the contents of carbon black and wood flour on sheafing strength , plasticity, process prepared performance and surface appearance of the sealants were checked. The test results showed that the sheafing strength of sealants was increased with the content of carbon black increasing. The plasticity of sealants had a minimum value when the concentration of carbon black was 60 phr. FT-IR spectra showed that the hydroxyl groups of wood flour were possibly esterified with steafic acid. The shearing strength of sealants increased and the process performance of sealants reduced with the content of wood flour increasing. SEM micrographs of the sealants with wood flour and without wood flour showed that the wood flour dispersed uniformity in the sealants.
