人胚胎素加SSLP方案治疗再生障碍性贫血实验与临床研究

摘　　要：应用人胚胎素加SSLP方案和单独用SSLP方案，随机分组对再生障碍性贫血进行了实验与临术比较研究。用人胚胎素加SSLP方案治疗慢性再障65例，有效率81．53％，急性再障16例，有效率56．25％。其疗效均高于单用SSLP方案。In this article, a experiment and clinical comparative reserch is made by using methods of human embryo extract with addition of SSLP program and SSLPprogram respectively by random groups on Aplastic anemia. 65 cases chronicaplastic anemia and 16 cases acute aplastic anemia were treated by human embryo extract with addition of SSLP progranl, the effective rate was 81. 53% and 56. 25 %, the curative effect was higher than that of SSLP program.
