摘　　要：在反垃圾邮件黑名单技术基础上,提出了基于IP地址的实时黑名单数据库技术,并给出了比较完整的设计思路和建构研究,对建构过程中的资料数据收集、数据处理存储、维表建立和数据展现等主要环节进行了详细的阐述。该技术在垃圾邮件来源上拒绝连接,是拒绝来自恶意的垃圾邮件来源站点和被利用的垃圾邮件来源站点所发来的垃圾邮件最直接、有效的办法,也是目前最有前景的邮件限制和过滤技术之一。With the foundation of anti-spam blackhole hst, a database of realtime blackhole list based on IP address was designed and researched, Along with the databse construction, the data collection,data ETL（Extract Transform Load） process and data application were described in detail. By refuse spam from source, the technology is the most direct and effective way to refuse the spam from malicious spam source site and being used spam source site. And the technology is also one of the most promising mail filtering technology.
