摘　　要：人文精神是理解当代浙商发展和崛起的重要主题。理解当代浙商人文精神,需要从自然地理特征和历史文化传承、近现代发展历程和西方经验等角度去把握。当代浙商人文精神是丰富的和多样的。当代浙商人文精神发展应当与科学发展观和和谐社会的时代主题契合,并为浙商发展提供支撑。Humanism is the main theme of modern Zhejiang businessmen development and growth. Geography, the history of Chinese civilization, the developing course in modern times and the experiences of the West all attach their importance to understanding modern Zhejiang businessmen＇ s humanism. The interpretation of modern humanism of Zheshang is very rich and diversified, which should be consistent with the conception of scientific development and harmonious society and also helps to give suggestion or advice to handle the coming challenges of Zhejiang businessmen.
