摘 要:在分析水库调蓄特点的基础上,给出了日前市场径流调节过程中基于时段决策出流的潜在能量损失计算表达式,通过将时段决策所对应的能量损失作为机会成本,对竞价策略模型求得的时段优化出力点进行效益费用分析,得到各时段单位潜在能量损失的市场价值,并以此为优化标准,计算时段各分段出力点的申报电价.经实例仿真,模拟的报价曲线不仅反映了市场出清电价的分时特点,还体现了电站库蓄能量的时空最优控制,可为水电商申报日前市场时段报价曲线提供有益参考.Based on analyzing the characteristics of reservoir regulation, the expression used to calculate the energy loss caused by the discharge in decision-making at facing time-interval during the flow regulation process in ahead market is proposed. Through regarding the energy loss as opportunity cost, and making benefit-to-cost analysis of every optimum power point per time-interval, which is solved by certain bidding strategy model, the market value of unit potential energy loss per time-interval is received; and then it is regarded as the optimizing criterion to calculate the declared price of counterpart power point according to potential energy loss function. It is validated through a simulation example that the bidding curve reflects not only the optimum regulation of reservoir storage energy, but the time-sharing characteristic of market clearing price, and can be available for hydropower generator to submitting the bidding curve in ahead market.
