摘　　要：文章简述了建筑合同能源管理的内容及我国建筑合同能源管理提出的背景。阐述了建筑节能服务实践的主要技术措施,并引发几点思考。The article simply states the contents of building contract energy management and the background of building contract energy management of our country. In addition, the article explicates the main technical measures for energy-saving service practices and gives thinking on it.
