摘　　要：针对当前住宅建设上存在的盲目扩大住宅户型面积的现象,文章分析了控制住宅建筑面积标准的原因,对决定住宅各功能空间面积的衡量标尺进行了探讨,提出了住宅户型面积的参考数据,以期对当前的住宅设计提供借鉴。Based on the blind housing-styled area expansion in present residential buildings, the article analyzes the reasons for controlling the residential building area criteria, discusses the measuring scales decisive for various functional space areas of a house, puts forward the reference data for housing-styled area to provide reference to present housing design.
