摘  要:阐述了制备电磁屏蔽织物的溅射/化学复合镀膜的原理及技术,探讨了影响复合镀膜的工艺因素,等离子体前处理对膜层的性能影响,以及吸波材料对膜保护层的性能增效作用。试验表明,等离子体前处理、真空溅射镀膜、化学镀膜等多种技术的复合,能获得镀膜坚牢、宽频(1~18GHz)和高效能(1〉90dB)的电磁屏蔽织物。The combination of vacuum sputtering coating technology and chemical coating technology is launched to prepare electromagnetic shielding textiles, the principle of electromagnetic shielding is discussed. Technical factors exerting influence on properties of coating film are discussed, including plasma pretreatment, composite coating process, as well as wave absorbers and so on. Results show that plasma pretreatment combined with sputtering/chemical coating technology can impart protective-fabrics durable film, wide frequency (1 -18GHz), as well as high shielding efficiency (≥90dB).
