摘 要:建立了涂层中丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸乙西旨残留单体的测定方法:即将样品配成一定浓度的乙醇溶液,借助顶空固相微萃取和色质联用技术,采用选择离子模式进行定量检测。丙烯酸甲酯的回归方程为Y=194.56x+359.9,相关系数为0.9993,平均回收率为98.20%~101.99%,相对标准偏差为0.86%-3.69%;丙烯酸乙酯的回归方程为Y=141.09x+76.732,相关系数为0.9996,平均回收率为99.02%~103.35%,相对标准偏差为0.71%-5.59%。该方法灵敏度和精密度高,可以推广应用于其它乳液中丙烯酸酯类残留的测定。A method for the determination of residual methyl acrylate and ethyl acrylate in the coatings is established. Sample is first dissolved in an alcohol solution, then quantitatively determined by head space solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) coupled to capillary gas chro:natography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)in ionic mode. The regression equation for methyl acry- late is: y = 194.56x + 359. 9, correlation coefficient 0. 999 3, average recovery rate 98.20% - 101.99%, and relative standard deviation 0.86% -3.69%. The regression equation for ethyl acrylate is: y = 141.09x +76. 732,correlation coefficient 0.999 6,average recovery rate 99.02% - 103.35 %,and relative standard deviation 0.71% - 5.59%. This method features high sensitivity and good precision, it can be used to determine other acrylates in emulsions.
